I like Carly Rae Jepsen's new album! I was excited to listen to this album because I really loved her Curiosity EP. KISS did not disappoint. I love that it's a mix of dance, bubblegum pop, acoustic, and disco. Here's the tracklist:
1. "Tiny Little Bows"
2. "This Kiss"
3. "Call Me Maybe"
4. "Curiosity"
5. "Good Time" (with Owl City)
6. "More Than a Memory"
7. "Turn Me Up"
8. "Hurt So Good"
9. "Beautiful" (featuring Justin Bieber)
10. "Tonight I'm Getting Over You"
11. "Guitar String / Wedding Ring"
12. "Your Heart Is a Muscle
My most played songs are Your Heart Is A Muscle and Beautiful. Both are non bubblegum pop tracks which are great to listen to when you've had enough pop songs. The Curiosity in this album sounds like a remix version of the original one. Not that it's bad, it's just that I prefer the original arrangement and vibe of the original Curiosity song. I also like This Kiss, More Than A Memory, Hurt So Good, and Turn Me Up. Good Time is a very feel good song that I loved since it was released. And of course, the eternal Call Me Maybe is also included.
All in all, I think KISS is a good album. The songs are adorable. The songs in the deluxe edition are worth listening to as well. I give it a rating of 3.5 out of 5. :)
1. "Your Heart Is A Muscle" - Carly Rae Jepsen
2. "As Long As You Love Me" - Justin Bieber ft. Big Sean
3. "Better Than You" - Conor Maynard ft. Rita Ora
4. "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" - Taylor Swift
5. "Lolita" - The Veronicas
6. "Beautiful" - Carly Rae Jepsen ft. Justin Bieber
7. "For Baltimore" - All Time Low
8. "That XX" - G-Dragon
9. "Dancing On My Own" - Pixie Lott ft. G-Dragon & TOP
10. "For You" - Joe Brooks
Oh hey there. I'm 19 already! Ahh!! But come to think of it, I don't really feel the difference of being 18 or 19. Probably when the time comes when my age doesn't involve the word "teen" (in other words: next year!) I'm very thankful for all the blessings, for having such an incredible support system like my family and friends, for being able to do what I love, for travelling, and ultimately for existing for another year. Happy Birthday to everyone born on the 15th of September! Cheers!
I'm so glad I have a sister. We practically share and talk about girly stuff, especially makeup! She gave me this awesome lip balm when I arrived here in Singapore. C.O. Bigelow's Cinnamint Mentha Lip Shine is the balm of all lip balms and the gloss of all lip glosses. It's that awesome! I love how sweet and minty it tastes. It's also very cooling to the lips. Plus, you can just wear it on its own; it's not sticky, it moisturizes the lips, and it has the shine a lip gloss gives- all in one tube!
I also used it on my models on last week's photoshoots (BTS posts soon!) and even my models fell in love with it! This lip shine gets two thumbs up from models, makeup artists, and all lip balm lovers out there.
My sister got this Cinnamint Lip Shine from Bath and Body Works in New York. You can check this here. Oh, and did I mention their lip shines come in different flavors? :D
