EOTD: Showed Up with a Plane Ticket
SO I have something wearable today! Well at least more wearable than yesterday's look. We're back to shadows again and this look involved mixing two shadows together to achieve a shade that's somewhere in between. Plum Shimmer by The Body Shop is one of my favorite shadows because it's just so pretty and has the right amount of color intensity (not too dark, not too dark). I already made an LOTD before using Plum Shimmer on the lids so I wanted to create something different with it this time. I incorporated a bright red-pink shade in this look and by mixing it with Plum Shimmer, the brightness was toned down and it was warmed up resulting in a much more wearable shadow. I absolutely love mixing shadows because in a way, you get customized shadows without breaking the bank. Gotta work with what you have, amirite?
