Here's the last post of this series...for now! It's also the most exciting one for me because as a lippie girlie, I'm always up for trying out new ones! Well, new-ish ones.

A friend of Mom's gifted her this tube lipstick that's now her current go-to. As far as lippies go, Mom prefers tube lipsticks because it's the fastest and easiest for her. She also likes them because they feel creamy and hydrating on the lips, and she can easily wipe it off or reapply if needed. And honestly, same. There was a time when I was all about transfer-proof lippies but sometimes I don't like how drying they are. Tube lippies, whether they're matte or creme, are still superior, in my opinion.

Today's lipstick feature is from the Color Sensational® The Creams line of Maybelline. These vibrant lipsticks are made with a shea butter-enriched formula that gives the lippies their creamy finish that imparts a smooth and supple feel to the lips.

The Color Sensational® The Creams line is dermatologist-tested and has 40 available shades to choose from (although I think we only have a number of shades to choose from here in the Philippines). Locally, they're priced at ₱279 each.

The shade Plum Paradise is described as a "reddened raspberry with a soft frost sheen" via the Temptalia site. It's a nice autumn/winter vampy shade that I think will be great for the holidays- or dinners! Though I personally like my vampy lippies more on the darker red or purple side, this is a good shade to wear as, like, an introduction to vampy lips. Mom, however, loves this shade because it's a nice change from her usual bright medium reds and pinks.

As promised, this lipstick is indeed creamy and glides seamlessly on the lips. It doesn't slip and slide on the lips; it applies effortlessly while depositing a nice solid color on the lips. Though it's part of the Creams line, Plum Paradise has a frost finish which makes this lipstick's shine look a little metallic instead of just plain creme on the lips. It does have glitters in it but thankfully, you don't really feel the grit once you have in on. Not gonna lie, this shade with its finish is giving serious 90's vibe to me!

Because it's a regular lipstick, expect that it will easily smudge or transfer onto anything. It leaves a light stain on the lips, though, which is nice! It's comfy and hugs the lips really well and I like that it doesn't settle too much on the lines of my lips.

I don't really have much to say about this lipstick because we all know how reliable and great cream tube lipsticks are! They're creamy and easy to use, you can pair it with a lip liner to lessen feathering, and they can be quickly wiped off and reapplied if needed! It's really no surprise that everyone loves Maybelline's lipsticks as they are good and affordable, and their Color Sensational® lines don't miss, especially for everyday use! Also, FYI, they also have a Matte line- which I'm so curious to try out!
