Last May, I was obsessed with cafes in Singapore. I was always Google-searching cafes that are nearby, cozy, and affordable. While searching, I stumbled upon DOC or Department of Caffeine. So with my sister and her family, we decided to take a little trip to Duxton Road to have our Sunday breakfast outing.
