Our next destination was the Floating Market, where we got to go on a boat ride! Floating markets are pretty popular in Thailand but this one in particular is different from other floating markets because this was artificially made which was surprising as it didn't "feel" artificial. The market is, of course, different from a regular market but it was as big and confusing haha! The market has pretty much everything: souvenirs, local food and snacks, restos, drink stands, the works. I wasn't able to take photos on the inside, though; sorry! Guess you just have to go there in person to see what the inside looks like. :P

Oh, and this was also where we had the popular 15 baht noodle soup! Although we ended up paying a bit more to get a bigger portion. The 15 baht one was small!

If there's one thing I constantly had in Thailand, it was their iced milk tea. I bought a glass of it every chance I get and Ayutthaya definitely delivered. So good!!

So that's pretty much it for the Floating Market! We were able to buy most of our souvenirs here, including keychains, pens, and shirts. If I could go back, I'd definitely go try the local snacks which looked absolutely yummy.

Next stop: Wat Mahathat!
